"I have always worked out regularly so the only difference when starting your program would be the length of my workouts. I am now doing more overall sessions but less time per session. It's easier to get the shorter sessions in. I'm am more likely to get workouts in and not skip any because there is really no excuse to not fit in 20 min!"

"Good morning Dalyce! I definitely feel stronger than when I started your program. I really benefit from having a workout plan established for me. I am so busy with my family and work that historically I wasn't good about creating a schedule It's also helpful because I haven't done research about exercise as we age and during perimenopause. There is such a flood of questionable information out there that so I value the integrity of your knowledge. I really appreciate the inclusion of stretching & balance work. Even though I know they are important, I often neglect that and it's catching up with me!
The habit that has changed most significantly is really being mindful of protein. I often get by with a handful of nuts at lunch but now I'm putting much more effort into lunch.
I'm much more consistent about including abdominal work in my workout. I love the challenges because I get different ideas for working the muscles."
